On accepting a written quotation, and signing of a contract, building plans are prepared and approved.

The construction items are pre-manufactured in our factory in Waltloo, Pretoria and transported to the building site for erection by construction teams.

The process takes approximately eight weeks. Construction time depends on the size of the project and can take as little as 3 weeks for a small unit.
