May I use my own contractor to build my log home? Yes. With your log home design you receive a full set of construction plans. This includes: - Foundation plan for the pillars
- Beam and floor plan
- Roof plan
- Plumbing and electrical layout
- Panel list
The walls are provided in prefabricated panels that are easy to assemble. Should you wish to build the log home yourself (or use your own contractor) we also supply you with a Materials list, which gives you exact quantities down to the last bolt and nut; and a Tools list, so that you know exactly which tools you will need.
