• Regulatory : All structures, whether brick, timber or steel, must comply to all municipal regulations and approvals. We can assist in submitting plans to municipalities for approval. Units are manufactured and assembled according to SABS specifications. However, you are responsible to ensure that your local authority will approve the erection of the structure on your site. Different Councils or local planning authorities have different regulations and applications of the same. There may be standard municipal regulations that make certain erections impossible or impractical.
